AI Consultancy

AI Consultancy & Integration

We help UK businesses find where AI is genuinely worth the money, then build it into the systems they already run. Practical automation with a clear return, delivered as working software your team uses every day.

Start With the Work That Repeats

The businesses getting real value from AI all have something in common. They picked one specific, repetitive job and automated it properly, then moved on to the next.

Reading invoices. Answering a common enquiry the moment it arrives. Finding the right paragraph in a folder of policy documents. Each one is a small change on its own, and together they give a team hours back every week to spend on work that actually needs them.

That is the work we do. We are a UK technology consultancy, we build software for a living, and we treat AI as a practical tool that earns its place in your business.

What We Build

Where AI Actually Pays For Itself

Four areas cover the overwhelming majority of what UK businesses ask us for, and if you have something else in mind, that is well worth a conversation too.

Customer Enquiry Handling

An assistant that answers your most common questions instantly, takes booking details, and passes anything unusual to a person with the whole conversation already summarised. It works around the clock, which is when a good share of enquiries arrive.

For example: A letting agent fielding regular questions about viewings, deposits and pet policies can have those answered the moment they come in, while genuine maintenance emergencies go straight to the on-call phone.

Document & Data Processing

Invoices, purchase orders, contracts, application forms and inbound email turned into structured data and pushed into whatever system you already use. It is one of the most straightforward uses of AI and reliably one of the clearest returns.

For example: A firm processing a few hundred supplier invoices a month can have them read, coded to the right nominal account and queued for approval, freeing the finance team for the work that needs their judgement.

Answers From Your Own Data

A private assistant that reads your policies, procedures, product documentation and past projects, then answers staff questions with a citation back to the source document. Your data stays yours and is never used to train a public model.

For example: A new starter can ask what the returns policy is for trade customers and get the answer in seconds, with a link to the exact clause it came from.

AI Inside Your Software

Intelligent features built into the systems you already run, whether that is your CRM, an internal tool or the product you sell to your own customers. It works with your existing setup rather than replacing it.

For example: Automatic summaries on every support ticket, drafted replies your team reviews and sends, or a search box that understands what people actually meant.

How We Work

From First Idea to Working System

Every step delivers something useful in its own right, so you always know exactly what you are getting before the next one begins.

  1. Discovery and recommendation

We spend time in your business working out where the repetitive effort sits and which of it is worth automating first. You come away with a clear recommendation, a realistic view of the return, and enough detail to make a confident decision.

  2. A small proof of concept

We build the narrowest useful version and run it against your real data, so you can see the accuracy for yourself before committing to a full build. Modest spend, real evidence, and a solid basis for the decision that follows.

  3. Integration into your systems

The working version gets built properly and connected to the tools your team already uses, with the security, error handling and audit trail you would expect from any other business system. This is where a good idea becomes something people use daily.

  4. Handover and ongoing support

We document how it works, what it costs to run and how to monitor it. Keep us on for support and improvements, or take it in house and run it yourself. You own the solution either way.

Built Properly

How We Keep It Reliable

A dependable AI system is a matter of engineering discipline. These are the principles we build to, and they are what turn a promising demonstration into something your team trusts every day.

  • Anything carrying legal, financial or safety weight gets a human approval step, designed in from the start. You keep control of the decisions that matter.
  • You get a clear estimate of monthly running costs before you commit, so the figures are predictable and the return is easy to see.
  • Calculations and data lookups stay with your database, where they are exact, and AI handles the language around them. Each part does what it is genuinely best at.
  • We help get your source material into good shape first, so the answers your team receives are accurate, consistent and worth trusting.
  • Your team keeps the skilled work and hands over the repetitive parts, which makes this a much easier change to introduce and a popular one internally.

Your Data

Data Protection and UK GDPR

The first question most people ask is where their data ends up, and it is a good one. Anything we build runs on business tiers where your inputs and outputs stay out of model training, and we can keep processing inside UK or EU data regions.

Where the information is particularly sensitive, we can run models entirely within your own environment so nothing leaves your infrastructure at all. For some businesses that peace of mind is worth the additional investment, and the option is always there.

Before anything is built we work through what personal data the system touches, your lawful basis for processing it, how long it is retained and what your privacy notice needs to say. Where a Data Protection Impact Assessment is warranted, we will flag it early and help you through it.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Will our data be used to train someone else’s AI model?

No. We build on business tiers of the major providers, where your inputs and outputs stay out of model training, and we can run within UK or EU data regions. Where the data is particularly sensitive we can look at models hosted entirely within your own environment. You will know exactly where your data goes before anything is built.

Is this UK GDPR compliant?

Yes, and we treat that as a design decision rather than an afterthought. We work through what personal data the system touches, what the lawful basis is, how long anything is retained and what needs to appear in your privacy notice. Where a Data Protection Impact Assessment is warranted, we will flag it early and help you through it.

How much does an AI project cost?

A proof of concept is deliberately small so you can test the idea affordably. A full integration depends on how many systems it connects to and how much accuracy matters. Alongside the build there is a monthly running cost for the model usage itself, which we estimate up front and which is usually a good deal smaller than clients expect.

We are a small business. Is AI worth it for us?

Often more so than for a large one, because a small team feels repetitive admin much more directly. What matters is whether there is a task done often enough and consistently enough to be worth automating, and in most businesses there are several. We will help you find the ones with the best return.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

Almost never. Most of what we build connects to what you already run through its existing interfaces or API, so you keep the software your team knows and simply gain new capability on top of it.

How long does it take?

A proof of concept is typically a matter of weeks. A full integration takes longer and depends on how many systems are involved and how quickly we can get access to them. You will have a realistic timescale once discovery is complete and we understand the shape of the problem.
